I’m Sophie, the Founder of Sophie Sleep, and I am so happy to have you here!

My passion for sleep, babies, and child development led me to create this space, offering expert-backed, practical guidance to help families navigate early parenthood with confidence. Sleep is vital for your baby’s well-being, but it’s influenced by so much, feeding, daily routines, and overall health all play a role.

From a young age, I have been incredibly nurturing, which led me to study at the world-renowned Norland College and later be honoured as the 2024 Norland Nanny of the Year. With 11 years of experience in family homes, nurseries, schools, and the NHS, I understand both the joys and challenges of caring for little ones.

This program is designed to provide you with the knowledge, reassurance, and support you need in the early months of your baby’s life, from sleep patterns and feeding tips to essential newborn care. Whether you are a first-time parent or looking to deepen your understanding, I am here to guide you every step of the way.

I can’t wait to support you!
